Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for eligible items. Full-price pieces can be returned within 30 days if they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Sale items can be returned within 14 days under the same conditions.

Can I exchange an item?

No, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different piece, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order

How much is shipping?

Domestic (Norway): 60kr
International: 75kr
Free domestic shipping on orders above 500kr

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders within Italy typically arrive within 2–4 business days. International shipping times vary depending on destination but usually take 5–10 business days.

How do I return an item?

Simply contact our customer Info@saltandlightjewelry.com , and we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Please ensure the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with a flat rate of 75kr.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the rare case your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.
